Fall Colors in Seattle
Still organizing my hard drive and I found this guy tucked away in the middle of 2011. Love the colors and the perspective. Reminds me of early fall back home. Shot with a Pentax K100 with minimal editing in photoshop.
Fallen Leaves
Our neighbor Judy, has the loveliest Birch trees in her front and back yard that have started to drop their colorful leaves in the past few days. The sound of leaves crunching as people walk by is one of the things that reminds me its fall.

Bear Canyon Waterfall
Another shot from our hike through Bear Canyon. The red leaf in the lower section of the photograph caught my eye especially and made a great focal point for this picture!

Persistent Weeds
Found these weeds outside our front porch growing despite the fact that there are steps in the way. I thought it would make an interesting photograph if done with some selective focus. After moving the focus around and deciding on what aperture to use I settled on this one! f/1.8 with my 50 mm macro lens!

This abandoned railroad in Woodinville is a wonderful place on  a spring day to take pictures!
Backyard Creek
This creek is not literally in my backyard, but I count it because the wilderness is my backyard in Montana. This little river is an awesome place to go for some solitude time in order to get away from the hustle and bustle of campus life. Anybody that knows Bozeman knows that this was not taken recently. However, I felt like it was worth sharing some spring/summer like pictures in order to get people excited about the end of the cold and the beginning of the heat!
Fall in Bozeman
We have entered a magical time here in Bozeman. The colors are turning and the weather is getting a little bit nippier. Trees like these are all around campus. The morning commute to class is easier with beautiful surroundings like these!
